How Complete Your Availability Form

Effective September 15, 2023:

Availability submission will now be done online through Share Vision on the Employee Info Portal – you can see the new link below the My Program Schedule and My Shift Schedule. You will follow all of the same rules for submission and will follow the Local Issues for number of shifts, etc. Once you submit you cannot change the form but will have a copy to refer to, these will be stored in folders by year. The form will go directly to Human Resources for their records and a copy for your file.

If you do not have access to Share Vision, due to being a seasonal employee who has not been re-established in Share Vision please follow the link below to the paper form to fill out and submit. Human Resources will add that data into Share Vision for you and will give you access for future submissions.

Remember that this form is only used for shifts that you can work, any time off must be done through payroll and through your manager (or the manager you have a shift booked with).
