    If your feedback / complaint relates to the actual manner in which the organization is led or managed by the Executive Director, then your feedback / complaint will be referred to the Board of Directors. Otherwise, your feedback / complaint will be referred to the appropriate Director or Manager within the organization who is responsible for the issue in question, and that person will follow up with you.
