Brandon Larson

Chair
Brandon joined the CISS board in 2021. As a long-term resident of the Tri-Cities, Brandon is committed to giving back to his community. As a founding member of People Who Give a Damn Tri-Cities, he has raised money for a variety of local charities. Brandon is also a dedicated CISS volunteer at numerous organizational events, including the CISS Annual Christmas luncheon. As a Board Member, he is committed to supporting CISS as they move forward to advance their vision and provide support and resources to their clients.

Michael Jiang

Treasurer
Michael Jiang became a CISS Board Member and Board Treasurer in 2011. As a Chartered Accountant (CA) working with KPMG LLP, he brings strong financial experience and knowledge to his role. Michael has also volunteered with Special Olympics BC and UNICEF.

Amy Dhaliwal

Secretary
Amy became a Board Member and Secretary in 2022. As a Tri-Cities resident and legal professional in the public sector, her skills and abilities support CISS as they grow and expand their services to the Tri-Cities community. As a Board Member, she is passionately devoted to her community to positively impact CISS and the people they support.

Monica Johnston

Vice Chair
Monica became a Board Member in 2022. She brings over fifteen years of Human Resources and Labour Relations experience, in both the private and public sectors. She is proud to be a member and is passionate about the mission and values of CISS. Monica is excited to make a meaningful difference to the organization and their vision.

Jeff Beyak

Board Member
Jeff has worked for over thirty years supporting others in a variety of areas including life skills training, residential management, rehabilitation, and family strengthening. He recognizes the important role and presence that CISS has in the communities it serves and he welcomes the opportunity to be a Member of the Board.

Adam Holmes

Board Member
Adam joined the Board of Directors in 2025. He is the most recent member of the Board and is eager to make a positive impact in the CISS community.
